I love coming to see the office staff - including the most important staff member Winston. They are always so pleasant and easy to work with.

I stopped by there last week, no appt and chatted with another customer who was waiting for their appt. I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!

Gage Welfley has not only been my hearing ear specialist, but also a friend who truly cares about my hearing issues. Knowing of my hearing lost from a tumor in my left ear, he has gone the distance to assure that we will work to preserve my hearing in my right ear. He was most helpful in providing a new hearing aid free of charge when mine was lost traveling out of state. I encourage every client to purchase insurance with Miracle-Ear at time of purchase.

Very professional and does an amazing job at explaining why hearing us so inportant he also plays guitar really well and that really did it for me. I like him a lot better than others ive worked with and they were good too.
