Good safe environment for laundry day

The staff does a great job of keeping the place clean. Although the laundromat is open round the clock ⏳, I have not had to use the facility in the wee hours when homeless people are said to wander in, on occasion ???? . Consequently, my visits have been problem-free.
The washing machine size options is impressive. Standard top loading machines to King Kong XXXL sized machines. Dryers that dry too - some loads dry with only one quarter spent. You must pay attention when drying though, dryer buttons control top and bottom dryers so make sure you select a top or bottom dryer so that you turn on the correct dryer with YOUR clothes in it.

A snack vending machine would be nice (there is a limited-selection pop machine), but if overnight vagrancy is a problem I can understand the owner's reluctance to install one.
This place is a welcome convenience to apartment dwellers, and people working 2nd and 3rd shifts too.

Place is normally pretty clean and prices are right. Only downfall is late night homeless guys sleeping inside. They should get that under control.
