Great job taking care of the carpets in our house. We addressed the carpets that get the most for traffic and they look great! We had another service and they were definitely inferior. We will definitely use this service again.

My rug was so dirty I considered throwing it out but saw USA’s area rug service and booked an appointment the night before - i got a call the next morning that they’d be showing up to my building by 2 pm the next day which was amazing!!!! Isaac was my tech - he was so nice & helpful with talking over options we can do for my rug & tips on how to manage the heavy traffic/dog urine odor. Will be booking another appointment in the next few months w/ isaac!

I loved my experience with USA Carpet Cleaning. My sofa was super dirty, I considered throwing it away. The fast, friendly, professional, and quality service I received from Isaac was amazing. Once he was done, my couch looked brand new. Would highly recommend!
