  This was worth the drive all the way to Midlothian from the northwest suburbs to get a quality car at a reasonable price. Ed's customer service is above-and-beyond. I'd highly recommend to anyone that they stop by and see how Chuck and Ed can find the perfect vehicle for you!

  Ed and Chuck are incredible! They are very very helpful. They went out of their way to help me get an approval for the loan even though I thought my chances were already slim. Ed and Chuck explained the process (and steps that I should take) very thoroughly. They were there at every step of the way. Never once did they made us feel unwelcomed or left us out in the cold.   Met Ed about a month ago ... He is the G.M. at Mr. C’s Auto Mart ... Having been in Customer Service most of my life, I was hoping to find an individual that could answer ALL of my questions and not be your typical sales person.
  Ed was GREAT - He was extremely knowledgeable ... Knows his craft inside and out ... Was not ‘pushy’ ... Ed worked with me over a 3 week period. I needed to sell my previous vehicle first. Then I was waiting to get my tax return back. Then finally last Friday I purchased the Buick Enclave. Ed was patient.
  A true gentleman. If any of my Friends are in need of a pre-owned vehicle, please don’t hesitate to stop by and talk with Ed Tapper.
  He is someone that you will definitely want to talk with.
