The ONE thing I hate is they only take CASH and I don't always have it when passing and think, "i'll have to remember tomorrow to bring cash" but i never do. Then I have to wait until the weekend and my weekends are always so busy that I don't always remember to pick it up or the exact same thing happens...I forget cash. I actually had to switch dry cleaners for this simple reason.
