The first time I used WCR i was less then please with their services. However, after finally being able to get in touch with someone (apparently they were having technical difficulties) Chris, the owner, saw to it that my problem was resolved. I no longer refer to using WCR as my "$200 Lesson." I would and will use them again in the future.
