(February 2, 2018, 4:09 pm)Ray was very helpful from the get go, when I first contacted him about my car troubles. It's awesome that you don't need to make an appointment. He said just bring it in, when you can to drop off for the repairs. His prices can't be beat, his service was top notch and he's professional and kind. When I asked him to take a look at the whole vehicle, if he finds anything else that needs repairing above what I had it in for, he didn't try to rip me off. Even when I pressed him on possibly needing the rear brakes done as well, he said there was nothing else he found that needed attention at this time, just what I initially called him about. What an honest gentlemen! I'll be back with "Rolanda," when something else needs attention. She's a 2003 Ford Focus, so it might be sooner than later...haha! (:
