Marquette is very professional and is always well dressed. The entire staff are the sweetest ladies. The Hawthorne is pet friendly and is overall a great place to stay.

I have lived here since July 2021 and this is honestly the BEST community I’ve ever lived in. Of course living in close proximity to your neighbors will bring issues with noise, etc but everyone tries to be respectful. The leasing team in the office is absolutely TOP NOTCH! Ms. Marquette is my absolute favorite person on the planet!! Abbey is also amazing at her job and her customer service skills are always on point. Any issue I have had with maintenance in my apartment has been handled immediately and done right the first time! My plan was to sign a years lease and then move on to a single family home but I ended up renewing my lease this month because I’m just comfortable here. I feel welcome here and it’s home. Of course I will move on sometime but for the time being, I absolutely love living here and will definitely recommend The Hawthorne to anyone needing an apartment.

One more thing, the application and approval process was seamless. I paid my application fees and was approved in less than a few hours and by the next day, I had my keys in my hand. I’ve never been able to get into a place so quickly!

This place has been the best complex I have ever lived in. I'm so grateful to be here. Apart from just the amazing complex, the staff is amazing. Abbey has been so helpful to me. Literally with any and everything I've needed. She goes out of her way for the residents, forever grateful to be a part of such an amazing community. Would rate a million stars if I could.

Absolutely the best apartment complex to live in! From the start of my apartment search I realized that this office was the friendliest and most helpful among the 20+ complexes I contacted. Abbey, the leasing specialist, went above and beyond to make sure we could schedule a tour. After the tour, I knew the Hawthorne is where I wanted to live. Abbey made the move-in process seamless and so easy! She follows up promptly and is incredibly organized. Now that I have lived here for a month, I have zero regrets. The apartments are built well and worth the money. The gym here is so beautiful and almost never busy. The same goes for the pool! Even on weekends I have not seen more than 2-3 families at the pool. All my neighbors are friendly and try their best to be respectful of noise levels. Lastly, I had a maintenance request shortly after I moved in. This request was addressed by Oscar and fixed within 24 hours.

Great friendly staff. Abbey is on top of things and very great to work with. Brandy and Marquette are great at running the place (Angel too). Lovely apartments and when things went wrong the staff gets on it quick (fastest time was within hours of notification).

Awesome place

Auto Insurance service provided me the great service. Their agent on their team are the best. Helped me get a great policy that saved me hundreds. They are quick, smart, and very detail focused. They mentioned savings that my previous agents had not ever mentioned. Highly recommended to anyone.
