Doctor made sure my hearing loss was not permanent. I get my hearing aids on Monday. The amplifiers I had was not the best fit for me. When she put the hearing aids in my ears, I heard the phone ringing from next door. If I hadn't had those on, I wouldn't been able to hear that. Thanks again.

Friendly service. Up front about level of hearing loss, choices for hearing aides and cost. Dr. Maas is patient, kind, and knowledgeable! I IShe was very compassionate when I 1st found out I needed the hearing aids which was quite a shock to me. That was about 7-8 years ago. I definitely recommend Hearing Life.

Thoroughly pleased with service my 91 year old mother received! Dr. Keri Maas and staff were very professional and definitely deserve a great review. We went in not hearing well at all, once evaluated and given the aids a whole new world opened up for her. My mother was in denial for the last two years believing she could hear just fine. The smile on her face said it all.

I have always had a great experience with Hearing Life and the Staff is exceptional. I must admit I am a little disappointed due to a current situation. I misplaced/lost one of my hearing aids. After. I couldn't find it I called and ordered a replacement. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. Well, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and after they did some checking was told my aid was delivered but they did not get it. So, they reordered it. I have yet to receive my aid and it's been a while. I found my aid and called and wanted to cancel but was advised that it was non refundable and that I should just keep it as an extra one. Well, I feel since I have waited so long and I know it's not their fault it was delivered, but they didn't receive it, I just think exceptions should be made and a gesture of good would be to refund my money. That's why I didn't give five stars. Customer Service is everything.
