(October 28, 2021, 7:57 am)Ordered 12 discus - great price. FedEx was supposed to deliver them Tuesday before 10:30, then 4:30, then end of day, then delayed. Exotic Discus CALLED me at 9:15 to tell me they had talked to FedEx and there was a delay, would be delivered Wednesday. Got a text EARLY Wednesday telling me the fish were out for delivery. Talked me off the wall when I was worried about them being in shipping for 36+ hours, said packed well. Well, they were packed well - better than any fish I have ever ordered. They were larger than expected and absolute GORGEOUS. My only discus source going forward. Exotic Discus has a fantastic variety, some I've never been able to order anywhere else. 100% recommend - great business - great customer service. Oh and did I mention I had to delay shipment because I was having to treat 2 fish a little longer in my quarantine tank. They offered to let me call to discuss in case they could help. Spent 25 minutes on the phone with them. You just don't get customer service like that anymore! Great job! Great company! Great fish!

Questions about discus? Jeff is your guy, and he will be happy to discuss any issues you may have. I have shipped and picked up fish from Jeff, and I have never had an issue either way.
