The hotel as you would expect is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. I like being able to have our dog and the pool was the perfect temperature. I liked that the pool is open so late as well. Plenty of nice long stretch for walking the door or just going on a walk. I would stay at this hotel again any time.

Great location with pretty good prices. Very clean and new hotel. My complaints would be about the stupid sliding glass door that was very hard to close on the bathroom. It really doesn't matter if you close it or not because every sound can be heard in the room. I don't get why a room designer would opt for a sliding glass door on a bathroom. Also, the black out curtains work really well but there is no way to shut them all the way which leave you with a blinding light in the morning. If I was manager at this place I would attach some sort of magnet to the curtains and wall so they could be shut all the way. I know these are somewhat minor things but they are actually quite important things.

PRO TIP: Not sure why you would want to gouge your customers with a $20 parking fee when you have the worlds biggest parking lot available. Simply park across the street at Keirland for free. It's a short walk. Nothing worse that being charged for parking imo. Management must think, "we want to thank you for being our customer by charging $20 to park outside". Silly.

I was fortunate to stay in the AC Hotel by Marriott Scottsdale North hotel the week after it originally opened (January 22 - 29, 2021). It hailed during my stay -- frosted foam ice on my Lexus -- which made me laugh. The hotel lobby: 5-star quality. The rooms: clean, spacious, great beds and linens. Cute hotel bar, attempting Euro influence menu. Walking distance from Scottsdale Quarter. Great for single women business travelers and pups -- green grass in abundance and clean walkable sidewalks. This place was kinda like heaven. Check out the photos -- rainbows, flocks of birds, in ARIZONA. The only downside was hotel service (half staff supposedly due to Covid) and parking -- it was literally cheaper to park on the street in Scottsdale Quarter.
