(June 8, 2018, 2:32 pm)While pulling out of a dock in Chicago my husband and I forgot to remove the dock locking mechanism. We ripped off our ICC bumper. We found Ted's trailer service thru NTTS Service. Suave was able to get us in right away. They had all the parts in stock and were able to get us on our way in less than 4 hours. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and patient (we were having problems with my cc working). I would recommend Teds Trailer to anyone with Trailer problems in the Chicago area.

(June 7, 2018, 9:44 pm)I brought my trailer to Ted’s after I pulled out of the dock and knocked my door off. I called and worked with Suave. He was very helpful and accommodated my quick timeframe. They replaced 5 door hinges, repaired the door seals, straightened the lock bar and rehung the right side door. They also aligned both rear doors to close and seal properly. They had 2 mechanics on the job and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Ted’s for any repairs around Chicago.

Bill was great to work with and got the job done in a few hours...best part was the cost was UNDER the estimated price. Awesome group of guys to work with. Highly recommended!
