(August 29, 2018, 10:58 am)We visited with teenagers to expand their palate and minds. The fruity bubble teas are delicious and fair priced. We also ordered a cold coffee bubble tea which could have been colder but was good. We can see why this is one of the best bubble tea in Chinatown. Wish they would use compostable cups and /or straws. Thank you.

(September 6, 2016, 11:16 pm)Your average, hole in the wall Chinese bakery in Chinatown. Why 5 stars? Bc they have dinner rolls that are out of this world!! This is the only place that makes 'em this way, so pay attention, boys 'n girls.
They come in a round foil tray covered in a plastic bag, 5 or 6 to a tray, & they are always buttery soft & moist for days. The thing I love about them is that they're half the size of normal dinner rolls you'd find in Chinatown (I honestly never finish them, they're so huge), they don't have raisins, & best of all: the rolls have huge bubbles in them that are SALTY. (from using salted butter?)
MIND. BLOWN. The rolls slightly sweet, balanced with the salty butter bubble. So. Good. It's honestly the ONLY reason I come here. They also serve cafe food, coffee, & tea for dirt cheap.

Snug Tasty Place (which has a second location just down the block) won us over with its rendition of the barbeque pork pineapple bun (.80). Once again, there's no pineapple here; rather, the soft bun hides chunks of pork bathed in a deep red sauce that savors of hoisin and ginger.
