The location of this fast food joint made it a necessity; especially in a majority African American community to be efficient and accommodating. Fried chicken, yard bird or a preachers favorite meal are terms used to describe this staple protein of our forefathers. Here it gets its fare share of backing at this location. Those working the lunch shift need to be honored for sticking to it as the waiting crowd watches their every move.”
