This life storage is an amazing location!
Right off the blue line and across the street from Dunkin’ Donuts. Venita, raina and Joel make life storage a great place to come to. It’s safe. It’s an easy move in process & it’s clean. If you want storage in a good location with a great atmosphere this is the place to come.

When I first made the reservation I was assisted by Michael. He was very courteous and helpful. When I went in to finalize the order and sign the documents, I was assisted by Venita who was just as helpful and very sociable.

I’m glad I didn’t jump on the first storage facility I went to. Life storage is a well organized and top of the line facility. The manager Michael is great he helped me pick out the right unit for my needs. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage.

Moving can be hard especially when you don’t have enough storage. Finding a company that values its customers and ensures that their possessions will be safely taken care can also be very difficult. I was pleasantly surprised when I reserved a space at Life Storage on Addison (near the Chase bank). Venita walked me through the process and was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. She was also very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend requesting her if possible. It was obvious that she took pride in making sure the whole reservation process went smoothly and ensuring that her store exceeded expectations. I immediately noticed how clean and organized the building was. It is incredibly accessible and monitored 24/7 by cameras so I was sure that my items would be safe. Throughout all my experience with storage facilities, I would have to rank Life Storage as the best.

I have had a small storage unit at Life Storage on Addison for 2 years. This place is very clean and safe. I recently sold my condo and had to get a larger unit. Raina Ernest, Associate Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the process. She helped me to find and secure a larger unit and was there the day I moved in (even though it was her day off) to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Raina is to work with and how well run this Life Storage facility is.
