Okay full rate of grocery Deli fresh produce and vegetables you name it this is the store for me and you know what the customer service I really like it they go out of their way to help you and if they can't they're find someone in there they can okay that's my review
This is definitely my go-to place to buy most of my groceries and order my cakes. Its a very clean and organized grocery store with a lot of parking space. My cakes made by myra are amazing and delicious. Lines can get long but prices are worth the wait.
The back of the yard store on 47th Street was nice clean empty and being stocked last night as we done a little last-minute sale shopping. The first assistant store manager on duty was very helpful in rectifying a previous purchase which I was overcharged, she fixed it and refunded me the money that I was supposed to not paid in the first place with a smile. I appreciate good customer service in this magnitude, seeing that the customer is not always right but in this situation I was and management had no problem and being on my side. I thank God for that. If we had more customer relationswhat's the respect of looking at both sides of the situations like I experienced last night the world would be a better place. Way to go Food 4 less keep up the good work in both aspects. Be blessed
Great place for bulk shopping when cooking for a crowd. Good pricing but not a lot of ethnic choices.
I would have given this place full five stars if it weren't for the bad experiences with one of the cashiers. Honestly, when someone applies for a job where you interact and provide customer services, you are to be polite at all times. No matter if your day has been bitter or not, you are to provide politeness to every, EVERY single customer. Just because you get tired of dealing with troublesome handful of people, it does not give any employee nor cashier the right to be arguing with the customers and/or give such rude attitude.
I've witnessed an elderly couple struggle with a debit card and the cashier literally and rudely rolled her eyes and yelled at them, muttering nonsense under her breath about how stupid or how hard it is to chip in the card, right in front of me and other customers in line. Like, excuse me? Have some respect!
If you want respect, you provide the respect in order to receive it in return.
Another thing, cashiers "mistakenly" charging more than the actual pricing of the products, especially if said products are on special offers. People, please always check your amount of items and receipts before you leave the store. Double or triple check if you have to.
Love shopping here for groceries (since it is the closest around the neighborhood), hopefully the customer services have improved more.
