I want to share my positive experience leasing a new Volvo from Howard Orloff in Chicago. Mickey Meehan was terrific. No pressure, provided answers and education, and made it easy for my wife and me to drive away in a great vehicle.

Fransisco was a pleasure to work with. He wasn’t aggressive and kept checking back to make sure we were happy. We appreciated the transparency, honest recommendations and prompt response (email, text). Overall great place, great vehicle, and great experience! Mickey is the best salesman I have come across. Very knowledgeable and super nice, attentive and able to answer questions about all the features of the car. Very pleasant experience on the test drive. All the people there are very nice.

I usually would never write a 5 star review for a car dealership, but working with Colin was very simple. He was not pushy and was easy to work with. He is was willing to work with me over email rather than trying to push me into the dealership (which every other dealer I was emailing tried to do).
