  Ivan gets 5+ stars from us. We are extremely pleased with the way our living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms turned out. Ivan was professional at his craft making sure we were pleased every step of the way. He was also very neat making sure they cleaned up everyday they left. We would highly recommend Ivan and will definitely call him for future home improvements.

  Marquez Remodeling did a plumbing repair that caused a bunch of Drywall damage. They fixed the plumbing and did the drywall. While I had them out we had our master bedroom painted. I can’t even tell anything was done! The painting In the bedroom is perfect. Fantastic work and did it all while we were on vacation! Truly turnkey!!

  Ivan did some painting in both of my bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms he installed a vanity, mirror and light fixture above. 2 nd bathroom he also installed a ventilation fan with a light. GREAT JOB. Looks great. Ivan also went into my crawl space and replaced a couple of leveling jacks that support the home. Very satisfied with his work and highly recommend. I will be using him again in the near future to paint replace doors.
