Hello I been a costumer from this office for about 4 years or so, and at the beginning service was more like a regular sales job and costumer than a really trusting insurance, but stayed anyway.
Time went by and I called for a changes on my policy and the gentlemen name Jose Silva was helping me he was so efficient and always wheeling to help.
Couple years ago I called the office for a simple questions I did ask for Jose and a lady told me he was no longer there. The lady I spook with wasn't so friendly, and ask me before anything if I was a costumer I told her yes. I did asked if all those question were needed for a simple information how to get a house insurance, anyway I felt not so happy.
Going forward I called again for another matter and find out Mr. Silva was back on the office, I was very happy to deal with agent like him!!! he's always working on get me the best answers and help me with all my issues.
I guess Mr. Oberc should have more employees like Mr. Silva to keep us as a costumer always happy and the most important feel safe and trust.
