  I started going here because of the reviews and they did not lie. I referred my fiance as well and he is very pleased! Prompt, friendly, professional and caring. 10/10.

  I can never say enough great things about this dentist. Seriously, they are almost so great, you don't mind that you're actually at the dentist. I recently had to have some work done and I became pretty nervous during the procedure. Dr. Jaamour and her assistant Diane were so kind, patient and gracious with me, even though I felt pathetic, they treated me as though my nervousness were a real concern but that we could all work through it together. This is one of the few medical places I have ever received such wonderful care and actually NOT dreaded going. Front desk staff are also kind and patient, and they never seem too busy if you have requests or questions. IF you have not made them your dentist or checked them out, I HIGHLY, cannot stress this enough, HIGHLY, recommend you go in for a visit.

  I just visited Northside Dental for the first time, and I was really impressed! After a couple not-so-great visits to my regular dentist of several years, I decided to make a change. Northside was highly rated on Yelp, and it's right down the street from me. I thought their new location looked pretty nice, so why not give them a try? There was a little bit of confusion when I needed to reschedule my appointment the week before, but the office manager Bernadette smoothed things out. My hygienist, Tracey, was the best I've ever had - super friendly, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She really made me feel comfortable, and she was sure to explain everything in detail as she did it. There was a little bit of a wait for Dr. Agran (I think he was tied up with another patient), so Dr. Jaamour offered to step in for my examination. Like everyone else on staff I met (Santa and Samantha), she welcomed me to the practice and made me feel right at home. On my way out, Bernadette came to introduce herself and be sure I had a good experience. It's that kind of service that goes a long way, especially if there have been any hiccups. I can tell that everyone there goes above and beyond, and that there's a culture of pride in good work and positive vibes. I'm very excited to be a patient in their care!

  When it comes to dentists we all get scared, believe me, I know. Dr. Agran, his staff and other doctors at Northside Dental know what they are doing and will do their best to make your visit a pleasant one.
