  Cindy did an amazing job getting to know me and what I was looking for in a condo in Chicago.   As a first time home buyer, the process of selecting a real estate agent who would treat my wife and I fairly was daunting. I contacted several, but Cindy was the one that responded back very quickly and set the standard while never being pushy. She quickly set up a phone call to talk to my wife and I about our home buying needs.
  
  From the get-go she was extremely professional and attentive. Throughout our entire process, Cindy was extremely easy to work with and was always accessible through whatever communication method we used (phone, email, text). Every day we were sent several listings, even during a slower housing market season.
  
  Cindy understood our housing needs, explained the process with us, and walked us through each house pointing out both good and bad while allowing us to make up our own minds. Cindy was really great with my two year old son and accommodating to his schedule that we had to work around. She was also extremely flexible with our viewing schedules, on-time to appointments with prepared house information, and treated us like we were her only client.
  
  After we closed, Cindy even checked up on us to see how our move and house set-up had come along. That is commitment you don't typically see.
