I recently went to the Aztecs Muffler Shop with a problem with the catalytic converter they had installed two years ago. I expected, as is common in today's world, an argument and (of course) that it wags and the warranty service is denied. To my shock and surprise, Jose the manager, not only acknowledged that the problem would be covered under warranty, but took care of the problem IMMEDIATELY without charge.
