  Wonderful experience! Chicago Midway at Thanksgiving with weather issues and construction was a nightmare, but Alamo was great during a late night arrival. Front desk was efficient and associate in the garage was very professional, showing me the features of a car I had not driven before. Early morning departure was equally smooth and professional.

  This was our first time renting from Alamo. This company went above & beyond. The holiday weekend it was crowded; the suv we thought we were renting was gone. The manager made it right. When we got to the place where the cars are parked we got upgraded to nicer vehicle. We returned to airport much sooner than expected due to impending snow storm. Another manager helped us with our return & credited our unused hours. Wow fantastic!!!

  I reserved through Costco Travel which was a painless experience. When I arrived at Midway, I made my way to the rental car area. There weren't too many people waiting. The one person at the Alamo counter was helping a customer. One of the National associates assisted me. He was very friendly and professional. He got me through the process quickly. I went to get my car and the lady that greeted me at the elevator was also friendly. She showed me where the car was and sent me on my way. The car was clean and in great condition. I had no issues with it at all. I would definitely rent from Alamo at Midway airport again.

  We were super late - like into the wee morning hours, due to plane delay, but we were greeted with smiling faces and put into our car in mere minutes and were on our way. The car was what we asked for - shiny and just washed. That's the kind of service I like!

  Great experience from beginning to the end! The check-in rep was amazing! She informed me of some things about third party insurance companies that I didn't know. I love that you can pick out your own vehicle. The person who helped me pick out a car was so nice! He recommended the Ford Fusion Hybrid and the car was amazing! The person that helped me with the return was so pleasant and helpful. I wanted to switch payment methods and he showed me where to go and the supervisor took care of me right away! Will definitely be renting again from Alamo!
