  BBQ, my preferred treat. Bring your hunger - portions are large. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.

  Great tips and slaw! Price was well in reason with the amount of food given. Service is always friendly and as quick as good cooking will allow.
  
  Will be back to try the wings and a slab.

  Remember to bring cash since it's cash only. There is an ATM in the restaurant but you may have to pay a fee to withdraw. Honey 1 is comfort food. The combo is good, the beans are delicious, the potato salad is also really good, and the prices are unbeatable. The rib tips aren't the best but the sausage and bbq sauce more than makes up for it.
  
  The restaurant itself is just a tiny space with a window to order and pickup your food. There are no tables or chairs. You can sit by the window sill to wait for your food.
  
  There is a ton of free parking nearby.

  Rib tips were phenomenal, full of smoky flavor and the sauce was perfect, sweet and smoky! My only complaint would be that the fries were oily tasting. They probably cooked the fries at too low of a temperature. However, everything else was so good that they're still worthy of a five-star review in my opinion. I would love to try other items from here!

  Tasty, good brisket (a little fatty, but that's the nature of the meat) with a delicious accompaniment of onions and kale and apple salad, which was healthy and went great with the meat. Satisfied my beef-tooth and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Will come back to try other options.

(773) 285-9455. Honey 1 serves some good tasting rib tips and some damn good links. They're customer service is also excellent. I would recommend Honey 1 BBQ to others and wouldn't mind coming back. But there is definitely some completion near by, so it would be a hard choice.
