  SSS has beautifully renovated and designed units. You can tell that the owners really take ownership pride in what they do. I didn't rent from them this time because I want to take some time to improve my financial situation, however, I do expect to come back and rent from them!

  I give South Side Stories 5 stars because they rock!! I have been in my beautiful unit for almost 2 years and I very pleased. I have great neighbors, the promptness of getting issues resolved and broken things fixed is amazing Jon, Noel, and Esmeralda are good people that really care about the tenants they go over and beyond to make things happen and it is appreciated.

  I have been a loyal tenant of Southsidestories for 6 years and although it will soon come to an end, I have to say it’s been a wonderful experience. I don’t write reviews and usually wouldn’t take the time to, but I felt the need to download google maps onto my limited space iPhone just to be able to spread the word about how wonderful the Southsidestories team is. Esmeralda is one of the sweetest, compassionate and efficient property managers I have ever encountered. Noel and John are WONDERFUL!!!! They have been so great to me and my children through the years. They are filled with so much empathy and understanding. John and Noel has always put our safety first and words cannot express my gratitude. The homes are beautifully constructed with impressive details. Everyone who enters your home are sure to be amazed! If anything goes wrong they are literally Johnny on the spot! Snow removal done so fast you wouldn’t know it snowed, monthly property upkeep leaves your common area smelling heavenly and a easy website to navigate for work orders and payments. The team explains everything in detail when signing on and makes you feel missed once you decide to depart. I will truly miss this team and would recommend anyone who wants beautiful home to this rental company! A excellent model of a rental company should be!!!
