(January 16, 2018, 7:13 pm)I've been to a few metro pcs locations, but this location, byfar, the BEST level of Customer Etiquette I've seen of locations I've visited.
Recent New Management at this location... And the difference is OBVIOUS.
If you are seeking a location where they Listen to customer request, Address the issue, Explore Options that are Beneficial to Customer, this is the Location for YOU.
Kenneth is AWESOME, with a Genuine Disposition of Elegant Courtesy.
His Assistant, Perri's is most pleasant and the two of them are a Perfect Team in assisting customers with their phone service needs.
In my scenario, I was ready to simply "throw in the towel" but Kenneth reeled me back in and reminded me of maintaining "Positive Thoughts, as it will be OK"!
He solved the issue, and provided further instructions in avoiding the problem in the future.
