Help me in my time of need answered questions that I didn't know I had and also customer service is great

Fist time using safe storage and I must say I am very pleased! The 2 months free rent and prorated options were great! The size of the storage rooms are also exceedingly great for the price! Awesome people that work there too! I purchased the wrong lock for my storage and was given one free just for my effort! Love it! Will use again!

The assistance he was very nice made feel comfortable from the time I walk in until the time I left. He took the time to explain different storage sizes and rates follow by explaining how to get in and out of storage. He let me use my code to the elevator so I can get feel of how it works. Thanks again great job for my experience

Best storage unit in the area. They are always professional and thorough. Units are clean and helps ease your mind of being away from your personal belongings. The elevators are a bit annoying (slow) but still my top choice every time
