She was very patient and understanding and took the time to explain things when I was confused and frustrated, which was often. She was always professional and thorough.
Alexis also made it clear that she was there for me; to act upon my wishes. She had no outside agendas. If I ever subject myself to the home buying process again, I definitely would want Ms. Mcdowell on my team. -
