This review is a bit late (got vinyl installed in September but we were cleaning up property to sell) but I wanted the guys at peter flooring know how appreciative I am with the level of customer service that was provided. We found out about Peter Flooring from our neighbor, and, after reading the reviews, we decided to give them a chance and have them give us a quote on our job which included the following: installing new spindles on stairs, refinishing hardwood flooring and stairs, and matching the stain to existing flooring on first floor. Office replied promptly and Peter came to estimate the work. He took many samples of the spindles for us, even when we didn't asked him yet, so I had plenty of time to decide what exactly I'm looking for. He was polite, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We felt very confident in his ability to complete the work. We were not disappointed with this company. Peter completed the job in the time specified in the proposal. Peter's workmanship and attention to details were outstanding. We would highly recommend Peter Flooring for hardwood floor and staircase refinishing.

Peter and his amazing crew just completed an extensive hardwood floor refinishing project for our family. Everything about their work was exemplary, from the painstaking way they protected cabinets and furniture during the process to the efficient but gentle way they moved a considerable amount of furniture around the house as the work progressed. To the person, Peter's team was respectful of our home and took every effort to minimize the impact during this lengthy process. Importantly, Peter and his office staff responded immediately to any questions throughout the project. And in the end we have beautifully refinished hardwood throughout the first floor of our home - it looks better than the day we moved in 15 years ago! This is the 2nd time I used Peter Flooring and I am very satisfied again.
The recent project we done was to refinish my kitchen and living space flooring. Peter came out to do the estimate and I was impressed again with his floor knowledge and new products he offered me.
His guys came on time to start the project and they were working everyday until project was done.
They did an amazing job of matching the color to the existing hardwood floor in my house.
