  Doctors and nurses that genuinely care and extremely knowledgeable (we love Dr. Vu and Nurse Rachel), convenient hours, great new/updated office with attached parking or free street parking, kind and prompt office staff. I've always gotten a call back from when I page the Doctor on call within 30 minutes; as a first time mom who's overly cautious this is amazing. I've also never had any issues scheduling a same day appointment for non-routine visits. Only con is their phone system that doesn't put you on hold if the line is busy and forces you to leave a voicemail, the staff is good with getting back to you within the same day but with all the positives about this practice, this is really a non-issue.

  I love this group. My 3 kids have been here since they were newborns. The staff knows them and the kids love them. Very kind and helpful. They are quick to respond whenever I need my kids to be seen. The hours and location are great .

  I have two kids who go to Dr. Janowick. She is great. The office has good hours and access for a family with two working parents.

  Both of my daughters have been patients of Dr. Chang's, but since being a part of this practice for the past four years, we have been seen by most, if not all of the doctors. I've been very satisfied with their patience overall (kids are terrible medicine takers), promptness, and willingness to listen to my questions and take their time to answer all of them. Additionally, they are quick to respond to my calls and are very flexible with my crazy schedule.
