  This is absolutely one of the best Sprint stores around. Without Bryant and Damien my whole entire career would have been put on hold. As a realtor I need to be in constant contact with my clients and when my phone was malfunctioning both Bryant and Damien were able to assist me in ways other Sprint stores were unable. Both Damien and Bryant should get 10 stars if allowed. They are the type of people who you would like to know. They are honest down-to-earth and hardworking individuals who do not have their own agendas placed over yours! I would definitely; and do recommend 2000 North Clybourn Sprint store only because of Bryant and Damien. I look forward to stopping back in just to say Hi!!

  Yes they were vary vary helpful team at the store today especially Damien he knew what to do for me and showed me what was going on on my new phone he’s a keeper for the industry and for team leadership and management or corporate thanks so much for working with me today

  I had difficulty with my new IPHONE 7 that I purchased April 09, 2018 from Hyde Pk Store.
  Several days later I visited Hyde Pk store to help educate more about phone and discuss my new Invisible Shield screen protection was damaged.
  I experienced TERRIBLE,TERRIBLY customer service from New Manager Mr. ANTOINE JOINER. I later was informed previous Manager, Mr. Marlon was transferred to
  Lincoln Park store. I called spoke with him.
  Explained my situation and wanted to cancel and if he could help.
  Mr. Marlon listened.
  Upon visiting Lincoln Park store. When I entered I met with Mr. FRANK SCHWARTZ,
  He gave me Biggest smile, warmest Hello. I then began to explain my situation. Mr. Frank assisted me, educated me about my IPHONE 7. Also informed me Apple offers tutorials for customers. Explain to me about my screen protector. The whole time he maintained big smile. Upbeat spirit and continue greeting new customers also.
  Mr. Marlon was not there however
  Mr. SchWartz, save Sprint customer from leaving and I walked away very Happy, Calm and Excited again having my 7 series phone.
  It’s just unprofessional a customers had to travel more than 20 plus miles to visit prior Manager and his staff to get that Old Fashion
  Customer Service and clean up another store Big Unprofessional Mess and not receive Sale
  Credit. Also Thank you Ms. Jewelia White.
  Happy Sprint Customer Again.

  Had the best customer service from Mark. He did not tried to push me to buy something that we didn’t need. But we spend more than what we have plan. Mark was very honest and beautiful attitude. Go Mark!????
