Update: after giving them one star review, Costco Vision Center reached out to me and were able to get me contacts almost right away. It would be 5/5 if my business was handled like that the first time

Avoid this place at all cost. I took an eye exam for contacts in November and was told my trial contacts will arrive in a week, but they never did (it's January now). I asked them in person multiple times, and they always say that someone will call me, but nobody ever does. Or that there's contact lenses shortage - which there isn't. I cannot use information from Costco exam at another optometrist because they didn't put enough info on it, so I wasted $135. The doctor who scammed me was Stephanie Roytman. Staff never knows what's going on, and always lies about calling back, and they don't pick up phones either. Do not go to this place, they'll scam you.

Dr. Stephanie Roytman is fantastic! Takes the time to explain what she's doing and best options for glasses / contacts based on eye health and prescription.

Only downside is they are hard to get a hold of at times and I've had some mix up with appointments. Still recommend.

My boyfriend and I have been going to see Dr. Ryan Schultz for about 2 1/2 years. He is always highly professional, yet personable and has provided solutions for some of our eye issues that other optometrists have not offered or considered in the past. Though I do not personally know details of optometry, it seems he is highly trained in his field and seems to continually look for ways to educate himself on new advances in the field. I also recently had an irritated eye and Dr. Schultz and his receptionists were able to squeeze me in between appointments, which was greatly appreciated. The receptionists have also been very kind and accommodating and they are taking extra care during covid to maintain safety. Finally, in my experience, Dr. Schultz is also informative about how to submit insurance claims and is empathetic to concerns I may have. I have not bought glasses here; however, I have purchased contact lenses here and the process was smooth and delivery was fast.

I visited the vision center for the first time two weeks ago and was very impressed by the level of professionalism of the optometrist and the receptionist. The optometrist worked with me as I tried to get fitted for contacts. I saw her a couple of times, and her demeanor was polite and professional. Moreover, the employees at the counter helped me adjust my glasses to get them to fit perfectly. I compared prices with other chains and Costco came ahead. I didn’t have to wait at all the times that I visited. So I am very pleased and love my new eyewear.

Dr. Ryan Schultz OD. Amazing doctor. I am very near-sided and work on projects where I need clear vision at differing distances. Progressives did not work, nor bifocals. Every other doctor refused to make specific Rx glasses for the different distances I NEED. They told me "That isn't how eyeglasses are prescribed." Period.
Dr. Schultz knew exactly what I needed and was happy to go the extra mile, as though my crazy request was an everyday occurrence.
I went back a year later and was scared I'd get a different OD. I was so relieved to see his handsome bald head I could've kissed it.
Prices are too crazy low. $750 near my home. Under $200 at Costco for the high priced glasses. Using Costco I can have a pair to match my every mood. Lol.
