  Great People - Great Design - Great Product

  Our designer responded quickly to our request for a consultation and her work up for design was completed very quickly. We had contracted for a tear down and painting prior to the installations, but that aspect was never addressed by Closet Works in sending the team in for that work. When the original installers came to put in the new closets, they saw that this tear down was not done. We then had to arrange for this work separately, and by the way, at a much lower amount than the contract. This led to a delay of 5 additional days. As well, the designer mis-measured a section in one of our closets and this led to a delay of two more days for completion. Our installers (Dan Brown and Raymond) were extremely professional in their work, making sure every item was correctly installed, and the cleanliness was terrific.

  Well designed closets. Design consultant made good design ideas. Even after three years, when there were some repairs, it was taken care of as soon as possible.

  Everything went well from start to finish! I had them redo my closet along with my grandmother's closet this month and both closets look great! The entire process for both closets took roughly an hour and a half- they even removed the old wooden shelving first! I've already begun recommending Closet Works to family and friends.

  Very high quality product and unbelievable service throughout the complete design and installation process. Everyone at Closet Works, starting with the initial consultation with a designer and ending with the final installation by experienced, talented tradesmen, is very professional and courteous. They listen to your needs and execute the perfect solution to fit your unique situation. Customer service is outstanding.
