I highly recommend CARE physcial therapy if you should ever need. Every person in the office is incredibly friendly and outgoing. I personally worked with Caitlin and she made it fun to actually go in! She is also very knowledgeable in her craft, and did a wonderful job answering and explaining questions about the exercises. Taylor and Violette at the front desk were immensely helpful as well, being flexible to fit in appointments with my work schedule. I am almost sad to go, but cannot thank them enough for everything they did to get me back to 100%. Go here for PT and ask for Cailtin, you will not regret it!

I had an excellent experience at C.A.R.E. Chicago recently. My physical therapist, Caitlin Kramer, was superb. At age 61, I have gained significant amount of weight during the quarantine and the weight gain plus my new life of teleworking at home contributed to my pre-existing back issues being badly aggravated. During my eight weeks of PT, Caitlin addressed the likely causes of the pain, advised on fixes to my telework set up, and created exercises that immediately addressed the pain. Caitlin was an excellent listener and explained her diagnosis and why she was recommending a particular treatment. She was always upbeat and fun to work with and also flexible about scheduling. The staff was also very nice to deal with on scheduling and billing. I am amazed that in just 8 weeks I have progressed to the point where I no longer need PT . I highly recommend Caitlin and C.A.R.E. Physical Therapy.

I worked with Caitlin for about two months on a wide range of issues - she was wonderful in evaluating the problems and putting together a plan for long-term success.
