Berco's Popcorn

What a great place from which to order popcorn. I needed a can of popcorn delivered to a local hotel for my son's birthday while he was visiting Chicago for a school event. I spoke to Matt who told me my options and answered my many questions. I placed my order online and crossed my fingers that it would get where it needed to go. Delivery day came and I learned late that morning that I had been given the wrong hotel. A phone call and an email later and the popcorn was directed to it's correct destination. I can't tell you how happy I was to know that it had been delivered and would be waiting for my child. I highly recommend Berco's and can't wait to try their popcorn myself on my next trip to Chicago.

the issue i had with this company was resolved in a professional manner. I had a talk with the owner personally and he explained his position and what was going on at the time. I received my order and I am satisfied with the purchase. will do business again

My order arrived yesterday of the Billion Dollar popcorn. Let me start off by saying that it's just as good as you think. It's for sure some of the best Carmel corn I've had. My experience with the online order was great, I had some questions and they answered quickly. My order was also shipped in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was a lack of the gold flakes. I didn't expect them to be "drenched" in gold but my batch looks like normal Carmel corn...

I WILL be ordering again in the near future.

I can't lie - I had a tricky customer experience with Berco's in the beginning. But, then Matt Bercovitz reached out to me by phone directly. After speaking with him, I can say that the level of passion and tenacity he has as a founder and small business owner is not lost on me. I have yet to get some Berco's Popcorn, but - when I do - if his product is as good as he is passionate, I will be doing business with him again. 10/10.
