Excellent customer service. I have a fire safe box that I’ve owned for about 20 years. I lost the key in my recent move. Bobby at Chicago Locksmith picked the lock and made me a new key in under 15 minutes and for only $15!
Also note, how different this is from the first place I called said it would be $195 and the guy who picks locks is out until Monday.
