  Ordered a bunch of dogs to share. There were definitely some stand out favorites and some others that could have done without certain toppings. I’d say the build your own would be the way to go, but they seem to really skimp on the toppings when you do it that way. Definitely cannot be compared to Hot Doug’s as they don’t make their own, and some of the dogs stand out as being better than others. Stop in and try it for yourself!!

  I love hot dogs and I love New Orleans food so I'm pretty much the guy this place was made for. I tried the NOLA Dog and the Andouille sauce fries. The NOLA Dog is Crawfish dog topped with étouffée, sour cream, Creole mustard, onions and tomatoes. They panini the buns. It was tasty and quite evocative of a plate of Crawfish étouffée. There were nice little chunks of andouille sausage in the sauce my fries were topped with giving it a gentle heat. I do wish the fries were a bit crispier. Overall, not a bad place to go when you're missing Hot Doug's.

  Super delicious! Three different vegan dog choices. My partner also enjoyed his meat dog.
  
  Fries are amazing! Would never know they're not fried.
  
  Buns were well proportioned.
  
  Great staff.
  
  Cons:
  
  Slow. Expect 10-15 for your food.
  
  Interior could be better decorated.
  
  Cost. A little on the expensive side.

  Really enjoyed the Guinness dog and the bacon cheddar ranch fries. The Nola and Armitage dogs weren’t my taste but still served an interesting twist that I’m sure many would enjoy. Can’t say enough good things about the Guinness though, really unique combination that is SO delicious. Super friendly service, cheery and clean interior. Little slow on food prep time but confident that will improve once they’ve been up and running a bit longer. Check it out!

  Unique Cajun inspired gourmet hotdogs, a real one of a kind in Chicago! Had a couple dogs and they were both great. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Certainly will be going back again and again!
