(November 14, 2018, 10:32 am)It seems that when it’s cold all other tire shops like Willy’s tire shop and the tire shop on western and 21ST are closed when they are suppose to be opened. This is not good business. But at Angels. The kid is out here in the freezing cold working. Thank you. To all the non Pilsen residents about it being illegal to change tires or not who cares. You would know it’s been like this forever if you are long time resident of Pilsen. To all you street lawyers out there bet you don’t know what bank business started at the corner of the tire shop. It’s still in business today.
