  I just got two engagement rings from Simply Wood and they really came through for us. They let us make a sizing appointment on Memorial Day even though they were closed because that was when we were in the city, and walked us through all the choices. I thought I had all summer to propose so didn't rush the order. It turned out I needed to go on a work trip for the second half of the summer and they worked with me to get the rings to me to propose in time, eventually overnighting them! The proposal went off without a hitch and the rings are just what we wanted, thanks to the customer service folks taking the time with us. We're now planning what we want the wedding rings to be, and definitely working with Simply Wood!

  The staff gave prompt, friendly and helpful responses. They were always happy to discuss options and the workmanship was excellent. My ring arrived when it should have and was exactly what I wanted. My thanks to Simply Wood Rings!

  These guys are AWESOME! Not only are their rings amazing quality, but the customer service is outstanding. My husband lost a few lbs, so we were sending the ring back for re-sizing, when someone decided to jack the ring from the envelope en-route. These guys documented the incident with pictures (a hole in the envelop window) called to let us know what happened and then worked with us to resolve the issue of a missing ring. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and appreciate their understanding!
