(March 9, 2016, 4:25 pm)You won't find a better welding instructor than Darrell Payne. He is thorough, helpful and a wealth of information. You will be well prepared for any type of welding after completing his class. Highly recommend. Only problem is navigating the Daley/ West Side Tech website to register. And best of luck using the West Side Tech library. Some of the staff is rude and unhelpful. It's almost as if they do not want you to use the library. No wonder there are never any students in the library. Five stars for the welding classes and zero stars for everything else.
