My mom is now a patient in here. So far, she loves how she is being treated, and the fact that they are taking care of her health is a plus. She was a patient at Access medical center, and we had a bad experience so that is the reason I wanted to try Oak Street. Everyone is so kind at Oak Street and the attention she gets is amazing. Definitely if they continue taking care of their patients they would be retaining them since our seniors need to be taken care off.
The location of this clinic could not be in a better place! I hope this would encourage many of the Little village neighborhood to go to the doctor! The place is stunning! A lounge area with coffee and tea available. My mother is here for her appointment and they tended to her very quickly. They are bilingual. Fast service. Overall great clinic. Great place for older patients! They also provide transportation services for clients.
