Joined Barre it All last December in the middle of a pandemic, when my body needed movement more than ever! I was hooked after my first month, the community of women that come here are like nothing I’ve experienced before, their dedication and energy motivate me to show up for myself everyday. All the instructors are great, they each bring their own unique style to class, offer motivation and modifications to fit you! I wish I could get every woman I know to this studio because it is a gift.

Becoming a member at Barre it All is one of my best decisions! They offer so many great classes, the instructors are motivating, and each session leaves me feeling physically and mentally stronger!

Love having a fitness studio like this in Mt. Greenwood — I bought a five pack to use over the holidays and it was a great way to take a break and keep pushing myself in workouts. The classes seem to be getting more and more similar though, with timed circuits on a board in front of the class.
