  Absolutely phenomenal service. These guys are so friendly and can actually hold a genuine conversation. They did things for me that wasn't even in the estimate for free. Like putting on my bulbs for me that I bought at Auto-zone and even though they did not fit, they just put some they had in their shop for me. Seriously can not stress enough how helpful these guys are. As I sat in the waiting area, they knew every customer that walked in and just connected with them like they were family. Defiantly a place to go and return to. Great service, great people.

  I've been a customer since the owner had a Precision Tune in Kearny Mesa --
  -- nearly 20 years ago.
  
  I followed Karim and his mechanics to this Chicago location, and I can't begin to summarize how satisfied I've been.
  
  There are closer auto-shops to my home, but this is where I'll go always.

  Ask questions. No one's perfect. Do what you can to educate yourself, and speak up. These guys have no problems with your inquiries, and you become self aware.

  Had to go there with a tire emergency and they took care of me. Mike the manager has great customer service and integrity. Would definitely recommend this location.

  The mechanics at Midas are great and take exceptional care of their customers. They know their stuff better than any dealer repair shop. I recommend them highly!

  Awesome service from Mike and Martin. No waiting around. Dropped my car off, grabbed a workout and a lunch and they called me when it was ready for pickup. Great prices (esp. if you have a coupon), friendly service, excellent location.
