Reggio's Pizza Express

Flew to Chicago from Seattle, reggios staff was friendly, nice and generously stayed open despite me getting there right as they were closing. Oh, and the pizza was awesome.. going to try the wings next time ;)

I had a great pizza waiting for my "canceled" flight I got a sausage pizza. It was very good. I do not see the problem. Also prices are not bad.
I would get one again...

This review pertains to the one located by Gate G5. Let me start off by saying that I'm not a pizza connoisseur...but the pizza was good. I'm not giving this place a 5 star rating because of the food though, I'm rating it a 5 because of the experience.
The workers were amazing and got me what I needed. I sat down and started to eat. Then another customer came after me. He seemed to be an international student. He seemed to have some questions about the food options and they answered patiently. He ordered what he wanted, they packed his food for him and he couldn't pay because his card wasn't being read. The student apologize for not being able to pay and started to walk away. The manager, I believe, told him to take the food regardless and said that he had it covered. Someone who manages a place in this way, will always have my support.????

The pizza was actually very good. I am from NY so I eat a lot good of pizza. It wasn’t the best pizza I ever had but it certainly wasn’t the worst. Also when I ordered it, it was right out of the oven so the pizza was fresh. As far as the customer service goes, the employees were not rude or anything. Yes they did not have smiles on their faces but you wouldn’t either if you were stuck working at a pizza place in the airport.
