Very helpful staff no hidden fees or once you get there by the way you need this and this like other one.Pretty good rates large space easy access.

I rarely write reviews however when I come across great customer service I am compelled to reach out and let others become aware of truly good old customer service. I had picked a number of storage places to visit and Extra Space Storage was one on my list. When I arrived in the morning the door was locked and for assistance a note said to contact a number by phone and I would be assisted. I contacted the number and right away Lupe answered and said she would be right back to greet me as she was in the building and on her way back to the office. When Lupe arrived she asked me questions to help assist me. Soon she was showing me exactly what I wanted and when it came to the details of preparing my storage unit Lupe was completely transparent with billing and easily made the transition so simple and accommodating that it was easy to make justifying my decision and I decided not to pursue the other three storage facilities I had planned to visit. Lupe's great customer service patience attentiveness, knowledge,her terrific communication skills and her friendly positive attitude made it easy to make my selection for Extra Space Storage facility. I work with many businesses on a daily basis and Lupe is an exceptional individual and an asset for Extra Space Storage as she certainly defines genuine great customer service!!!!

Extra Space Storage is a place that I would recommend to anyone looking to store their personal belongings, You can rest assure that your precious items will be safe there. The people that work there are very sweet and kind. At one time I had received a letter stating that my rent was going to be raised and a bit higher then it's original, so I called them and stated that I was unable to afford that because I had lost my job, one of the staff said that she will call me back and see what she was able to do temporarily to help me out . Before I knew it she was able to keep my original rent on file I am so thankful. I truly thank them for that. I would always get a reminder call a day after my rent was due, to avoid late fees, because we do forget at times with so much going on in our lives. Again I recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone. Bernadeta & Lupe are totally amazing. I was sadden to leave because I'm going to miss them.

Very professional, friendly, as well as helpful. Very patient with me due to the fact of never having to do this before. They walk me through the process and explained just about everything to me. And didn't have no problem with all my questions. Thank you very much for your time and help
