  I have to say that this location is the most clean and friendly PF location I've been to. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is wonderful, it feels just like home. I would like to thank everyone for doing such a wonderful job every day and for always being here, ready to assist us and help. So " Thank you" to the managers Adriane and Joaquin for maintaining the gym in top shape and for promoting exquisite customer service. I would also like to thank their staff- Karina, Leonel, Michael, Jose, Gerard, Carlie, Jessica, Wendy and William for all they do and for always being so friendly and helpful with us. I highly recommend this location to everyone????

  I go to Planet Fitness in the morning, Monday through Friday. Bill and Carlie are great! They always make me feel welcome. They answer any questions that I have regarding the equipment. Best of all, it is always clean.

  Very welcoming place for people of all ages, shapes, sizes and different levels of ability to get cardio and strength training! Extremely clean and well maintained facility. Very helpful staff Adrian, Bill and everyone else I’ve encountered. Brand new equipment with clear instructions posted at each station and picture of the muscle groups targeted for strengthening. Equipment placed in logical groupings for efficient workouts. Love the Hydromassage to relax and loosen tight muscles after exercising. Great that they also support Silver Sneakers program. This is the best Planet Fitness location at Foster and Harlem in Chicago!

  Great location!
  First and foremost it’s clean. These guys always have someone cleaning. It doesn’t smell, the equipment isn’t gross, the weights are in order and areas are organized.
  They have a decent selection of equipment and just went through renovations adding more machines, and upgrading the bathrooms.
  Biggest thing is that they remember you personally - which shows that they actually care about their customers.
  My wife belongs to xsport in portage park, and it’s always busy and never short on a$$holes. This place is great. Plenty of equipment, plenty of space.

  Great gym! One of the best Planet Fitness gyms in the area. Staff is friendly and the gym is always clean. Staff always takes time to wipe down equipment. Bill at front desk takes time to go above and beyond interacting with guests and making sure their concerns are heard.
