  i was referred to the Devonshire by a friend and I must say it was a pleasure. The property manager and his team did a phenomenal job with the upkeep of the property, maintaining diversity, and insuring a stress free environment for their tenants. I highly recommend the Devonshire to anyone looking for a peaceful and stress free environment to live.

  This location was referred to me by a friend and it was a great choice. Only minutes from my core rotation site getting there was no problem. Not only was private parking available for personal vehicles, but public transportation was accessible. It was also an easy find for Uber and Lyft services. Needing a break from studying a walk or jog along nearby Lake Michigan was relaxing. Popular Hyde park locations are close and it's about 20 minutes from downtown making for a fun weekend.

  I love this building, the only reason I moved was because I bought a house. It is a serene place to live, I felt secure with the cameras, magnetic swipe to access all doors and on site laundry. Managment is exceptional, Any issues are always addressed promptly by Patrick. I recommend this building to anyone looking for a classy place to live.

  Devonshire was home away from home for me for a year. I moved to Chicago for clinical and it was my first time there. Patrick was nice with arranging the apartment to picking me up from the airport when I arrived to making me comfortable and settled in with basic needs. The other students in the Building were also very friendly in helping newer people settle in well. The apartments are well maintained and because management is on site, most issues are taken care of wishing a few minutes of informing them. Having Patrick, Leno and Denis as a team at Devonshire Apartments makes life there comfortable. I still miss Devonshire, even after being home. If you are heading to Chicago and don't know where to go. Take leap of faith with Devonshire Apartments and you will be very happy you did.

  I called Devonshire home for nearly 3 yrs. Very well maintained property with personable and professional managers. Compared to other properties the square footage is amazing. It's located minutes from Lakeshore drive giving you full access to the city of Chicago, and if you don't have a car the bus line is directly across the street. The parking is super-convenient and secured which was important to me. I highly recommend Devonshire Apartments to anyone.
