(November 3, 2019, 7:08 pm)This popcorn is amazing and this location has a way smaller line than the other locations we tried to get into. Had the regular caramel version. staff were friendly and service was quick. Super fresh and amazing flavour! Best popcorn I have had.

(July 7, 2019, 7:11 pm)We were at Navy Pier for fireworks on the 4th of July when panic broke out afterwards. We didn't know what was happening at the time, and people were looking for places to get out of the main mall. The staff at Garrett was amazing! They remained calm and reassuring and helped us get to an exit. Awesome popcorn and an even more incredible staff!
