  This place is awesome. It's a long wait but it's worth it for hot, fresh food. Spicy was my favorite!

  I went to chicago for travel due to bussines , we were there anyway, so we went to the navy Pier to take the boat ride and do some sightseeing, anyway, we thought we just eat somewhere in there, so i picked randomly since its at a tourism place, i really did not put my hope so highsince that kimda of place food just okay usually, we waited for about 15 mins for the fried chicken because they ran out, and surprisingly, it tasted super delicious! Its juicy hot and the skin is seasoned well, and its fresh made, super tasty! I was surprised. Go try it and wait for the fresh bone in chicken, i really liked it and i will go back again.

  I wasn't sure about ordering here when I saw the rough reviews but I'm glad I did. The staff were excellent on this visit. The two female cashier's were great and answered our questions about the menu. They helped us decide what to order and they were very friendly. The chicken sandwich was AMAZING. I do think it's the best I've ever had. The chicken strips were good as well. My only complaint is you don't get much food for your money. We still were hungry at the end of our meal. At the very least they should serve a larger portion of fries.
