(August 24, 2018, 4:59 pm)While at an event today at Navy Pier, I went looking for something to eat. At least a couple of restaurants' staff were very moody and unprofessional. And, I did not want to spend my money there. I went by IDOF and the staff were very friendly and professional. I mentioned this to the owner, whom I was told was sitting across in the eating area. Thank you again, Max and staff, for lifting my day!
